1. Got ’em all with 1:24 remaining. I knew the great majority instantly but I could not think of the name of the guy in the car at first. I had to revisit a couple of them two or three times and that stupid Muppet threw me off for a while.

   • Great work! I don’t know about the states, but it NZ a “muppet” is someone who’s incompetent. But you’re talking about an actual muppet.

     • Yes, the blue thing.

2. 24/25 with 3:32 left. I have no idea who that white guy is!

   • Sometimes it tells you the answers at the end – it made me smack my head at the ones I missed.

3. Perfect score for me with 3:32 remaining. For some reason no matter how many times I tried spelling the one-time heavyweight champion’s name I couldn’t get it right, but then I put in his birth name and it worked. As a Stevie Wonder fan since I was 10 years old (44 years & counting) this quiz was right in my wheelhouse.

   • I had the same problem with the champ’s name and did the same thing!

     • Great minds think alike, apparently. Also, we both finished with the same time left on the clock. Nice.

   • Great work – feels like this quiz might favour more experienced participants.

     • “More experienced” = old fogies. Haha.

       • I was trying to phrase it positively.

4. 20/25 for me (and my wife). She swore that jazz great was a young Bill Cosby and I could only shake my head because I couldn’t think of his name.

   • I didn’t get the jazz guy – I’m used to seeing him hold his instrument.

     • Yeah. Maybe that was it.

   I’m going to look for the picture I missed. Stevie with someone more modern. He is wearing sunglasses…not Stevie lol.

   • Normally it tells you the answers if you give up.

     • I didn’t pay attention at the time…I went back and found out…as to not give it away…they have these at movie theatres.

6. 23/25 here – I’m pissed off that I missed the ‘jazz’ guy too but I got that muppet straight off the bat

   • I grew up with the book where the muppet goes to the museum of everything.

7. 20 for me. I failed on the rapper, the basketball player, the actor, the considerably heavier than often pictured Queen of Soul and, of course, the muppet.

   • Good work – you beat me comfortably!

9. 25/25 with 3:09 left on the clock. There was one older picture that I completely guessed on and my first guess was it. So surprising.

10. 23/25 – forgot who was on 6 and 12.

    • You beat me by a long way.

11. 24 – Mercy Mercy Me, I don’t think I’d ever seen the one I missed without a beard!

    • Yup, that’s one I missed to. He was originally a drummer in Motown before he started singing.

12. 22 of 25 – still had a little over a minute left but couldn’t come up with the jazz icon, the current rap star, and one other. Fun to expand the quiz beyond music, although I guess i prefer it if they stick to just music.
    Happy with results of election last week, although now we have to contend with certain people being a sore loser and refusing to concede…..

    • Congratulations on the election! I think it’s possibly good that he’s kicking up a fuss and asking for donations, as it siphons attention and money away from the crucial Georgia runoffs.
