Not making an excuse but my computer sucks. The clock kept running every time the computer would stop and think what I clicked on so I ran out of time.
Yeah, Sporcle can be tough sometimes if the ads get intrusive and take up the computing power.
10/10 with 8 seconds left, and that’s with a slow mouse. As for Terry Reid, what a great singer, songwriter & guitarist. It’s sad that he’s best remembered for the band he didn’t join, and even sadder that he never had a massive hit on his own. Saddest of all for me is that he was awful the only time I saw him, back in 2005. He was drunk & belligerent, and slurred his way through a performance of blues/jazz standards without ever picking up a guitar. Six months later I saw footage of him in England and he was incredible. Guess I caught him at a low point in his career.
