I’m glad you get credit for all entries with the same first name as long as you know one of them. That helped me to a 35/39 score. The other four would have taken some good guesses, and I came up empty.
Good work though – I assume there were a few older American ones where I had no idea.
39/39 with 2:26 remaining. A few of the names took quite a bit of tries to get right.
Perfect score – seems like a tough one this week.
27/39 – didn’t know a good deal of the artist. Plus, I couldn’t remember the correct spelling of Erykah (Badu)!😆 And, man, I should have gotten Etta James – oh, well…did I mention I suck at Sporcle? 🤣
IMO, Googling for spelling is fine. I always have problems with Mellencamp.

Yeah, there was an American slant since it was an American chart -I hadn’t heard of some of the (presumably older) ones.

35/39 but I must disqualify myself…the page froze up halfway through…and I had to do it again…although I didn’t make all of them anyway. I did have to google how to spell the name on the “Release Me” man.
That sounds fine – I don’t think it warrants a disqualification.
