1. Ooh, so close to a perfect score. I got 19/20 but stumbled on the H artist. I knew it was 1 of 2 names and I chose the wrong one. All of that in 1 minute 40 seconds. I expect to see a number of 20/20 scores. Cool quiz.

   • I think there might be a 20 or two, but there are a few tricksy ones.

3. 17/20. We’ll Meet Again. After the quiz, it told me, “You’re off to astonish the world with more feats of adequacy!” Hey, adequate is WAY better than mediocre.

   • I need to do some quizzes about motor racing or Palestinian politics to see what they say when I get a really bad score.

4. I surprised myself, I scored 16. One I got wrong, the picture didn’t look like Shania Twain to me.

   • I got her from the face, but she’s usually a brunette.

5. This is the first time I tried to play the game that it actually worked. Every other time I always fucked it up and had to quit. I got 18 out of 20 but one of them I just clicked on the wrong one by mistake. I’ve always loved.that Carole King album cover btw..

   • Me too, I didn’t know her family was from Latin America.

7. Whenever I tried to play some of the other games I couldnt figure out where to put the answers or what to click on or if you’re supposed to type the answers or what. And meanwhile the clock was already up to 88 hours by the time I figured it out, so I just said fuck it and quit. lol

8. Damn, 17/20 – missed out on E, L & T. I am amazed I got R & V though so I’ll call it a success.

   • Good effort – when you say E, L, and T I read that as Every Little Thing (it’s a Wilco song).

9. 18 out of 20. That’s more like it. I can’t remember the two I got wrong – two modern ones I think.
   I can also identify the cat on Carole King’s cover – Telemachus. A great name for a cat.

   • I looked up the name Telemachus one time to see what the hell it was, but now I don’t remember. Maybe something Greek or Roman or something. I’m gonna have to look again.

     • He was from Homer’s The Odyssey – son of Odysseus and Penelope.

       • Okay. I kind of remembered the Greek part but I forgot if it was a person or a place or what.

   • Good work, although I don’t think Sporcle does bonus points for cat recognition!

10. 20/20 with 5:58 still on the clock. I think that wasn’t too bad.

    • Yup, I think you’re the only 20 so far.

11. 18/20 for me this. Better than I thought I’d do, though there were some lucky guesses.

12. 19/20 – stumbled at the final hurdle when I fat-thumbed the wrong answer in. I’m off to get coffee

    • Does coffee make your thumbs thinner?

13. 16 of 20. I also messed up between Kesha and Kelly Clarkson and some other R&B types. Others were process of elimination. Fun!

    • Good work! I was surprised more people didn’t fall for the Kesha/Kelly Clarkson thing.
