1. I’m pretty happy with my 97/109 score. I could have sworn I entered the first name for Higgins correctly but it didn’t register, and I should have gotten Hansen’s first name. The others I’m not familiar with. I wonder if there will be any perfect scores this week.
   RIP to Frank Beard…a great and underappreciated drummer.

   • I’d be amazed if anyone gets a perfect score – you’d need an encylopeadic knowledge of music spanning eight decades.

2. 80/109 ran out of time. should have gotten several others

4. 99/109 (can’t believe I couldn’t guess Ms. Spears’ first name, and that the quiz omitted Brandi Carlile). Very sad that another long-time member of ZZ Top has left us.

   • I had to spell her name a few different ways before I got it!

     • I just completely forgot what name should go with Spears, lol.

       • Burning Spears? Billie Jo Spears?

   • Has Carlile been on the Billboard Year-End Hot 100 singles? Also might not be totally up to date? Great score though.

5. Thank goodness I new some of the new country singers! 106/109. Totally had no idea of Beck’s last name. Should have got Brandy, and had no idea who Bryson Tiller was. Some I got lucky guesses on based on the letter progressions.

   • 106 is very impressive! It is weird they included Beck’s last name – although I got that one, it’s kind of weird as he never uses it.

6. 71/109. Most artists I couldn’t figure out I didn’t know, except Beyoncé Knowles, Brenda Lee and Burton Cummings.

   • Good job though! The Beyonce one is a bit cryptic (like Beck) – both are known by their first name most of the time.

7. 91 for me. So many were on the tip of my tongue but couldn’t do it.

   • 91 is a great score though.

   71/109 ……. Sad about Beard…I wonder if Gibbons will go on with the band?

   • 71 is a good effort – they’re tough. Carrying on with 1/3 original members is tough, but I guess Gibbons is the centre.
