1. 17/20 for me, but should have gotten one more if I just focused a little more. I like that this quiz included a band as well as its first two lead singers.

   • I didn’t really register that – I think it’s one of the few bands that launched two solo careers that most music fans could name.

2. 18 – missed 2 of the same as you (I was fortunate to get the ‘when I was your man’ singer).
   Having at least 3 Canadian female singers didn’t hurt my score this week!

   • Good job – wonder if anyone else will beat 17 this week.

3. An abysmal 13/20. Does this contest ever end or does ti go on forever?

   • They just added a 20th, but it’s slowed right down.

     • I think I’m gonna bail on this contest anyway. I’m so far behind ill never catch up. I’ll join in again when it moves in

   I should have got 18…I missed one I shouldn’t have…the Black Widow I didn’t get either…

   • I don’t think I really knew any of the three I missed – good work.

5. Rough week for me. 16/20. Whoever’s developing these must be getting to the bottom of the barrel.

   • Expecting to find an Alien Ant Farm at the bottom of the barrel.

     • Five different versions of ‘Smooth criminal’?

6. 15/20. Three of the 5 I missed I knew but I couldn’t remember their freaking names and then I ran out of time. Oh well.

   • Good effort!

7. 19/20 – I’ve heard of ‘Do That to Me One More Time’ but don’t know the artist – I’ve only heard it as someone brought it up as an example of how music in the United States in that year it was released was bad.

   • I actually find that way more tolerable than ‘Love Will Keep Us Together’ – which inspired Joy DIvision’s ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart’.

8. 16/20, pretty good week! The ones I missed I was sure I was going to miss anyway, but for the life of me I couldn’t remember the “Can’t Get Enough of Your Love” singer. Should have gotten that one!

   • Good effort. If you want to go back and do the other 12 quizzes, i’m happy to add you to the leaderboard, but maybe it’s easier to just be a casual player for now?

         • I’m no good at sports questions full stop, it’s a guaranteed nil points round for me unless it’s something like “what sport involves kicking a ball along a pitch”

         • I like sports in general, I just think motor sports are silly.

10. I found this week’s to be the hardest yet, and my score reflects that – flaming out at 11 of 20. 🙁 Only a couple where a couldnt think of the name that I should know – the others I never heard of. Looks like I am comfortably at bottom but enjoying these nonetheless!

    • Sorry – thought I replied to this earlier. I think they’ve been getting harder – probably makes sense as we run out of easier artists. Do you like the new Jason Isbell?
