It’s ANZAC Day here in New Zealand, where we remember the Gallipoli campaign, a disastrous attack on a Turkish peninsula during World War 1. It also would have been my dad’s 80th birthday – he was born during World War 2.

I scored 17/20. I don’t think I’d even heard of McFly, and I got them wrong. Can you beat me?
I met my Waterloo last week, with a mere 5/20. Meanwhile, other players fared better, with Deke and Heavy Metal Overlord both scoring 19.

Hi G. I’m terrible at these quizzes, but love your work always. Please send more band reviews and top ten lists. So great!
Thanks for your ongoing readership.
11/20
Good job.
🙂 Thanks!
16/20…with 1:40 remaining. This was fun.
Thanks for playing, good effort.
14/20 – Wasn’t familiar with a few, and my guesses didn’t prove fruitful.
Good job anyway!
SCORE
12/20 ….and most of the ones I got right were guesses.
The whole series feels quite British, probably a bit more exposed to these artists in NZ.
Same here, Max. Mostly guesses.
17/20 too! And McFly are brilliant – best British pop group of the 21st century!
Good work – I think you’re the highest-scoring contestant so far. Sounds like I should check out McFly.
20/20 – it came down to a lucky coin flip for Aqua vs Toto. That’s a brilliant article too
Great job. Makes you think how many super talented artists got buried after an unsuccessful record or two.
17/20 for me and I missed McFly.
Pretty McFly for a Snow guy.
Well… 13/20… not so bad considering I had no clue about 90% of these.
Yeah, these quizzes are pretty English centric.
