Music Quiz: Song Title Not In Lyrics

Congratulations to 1001 Albums Geoff, who won the music quiz for a second straight week, scoring 42/90 in joining the bands name.

This week’s quiz requires you to guess the song title from some lyrics – all these songs have a common feature of having a title that’s not used in the lyrics. It’s heavy on classic rock staples.

I scored 16/20 – can you beat me?

  1. 15/20. Couldn’t do any better than that as I don’t know them. The Righteous Brothers one drove me crazy because I know the title but could not think of it. I guessed the Coldplay one at the last minute.
