In the year 33AD, a financial crisis hit Rome.
In Greatest Hits XXXIII, you have another selection of 20 increasingly obscure artists to guess. Can you tell The Zombies from The Yardbirds?

Connected to The Yardbirds, John Mayall passed away yesterday at 90. Amazingly, he was the first from the 1966 lineup to pass away – Eric Clapton, John McVie, and drummer Hughie Flint are all still around.
I scored 15/20, which I’m sure someone will demolish.
Congratulations to Eclectic Music Lover and Tony, who tied on 95% last week.

7/20 Sorry to hear about Mayall. Was in a convo with someone about him in the last 2 weeks.
Good work!
I did horrible. 13 out of 20. I didn’t know a majority of those bands. Scrapping the bottom of the barrel now with these bands.
You’re in second place at the moment, so not too bad!
10/20….
Good job, thanks for playing.
17/20. Thought I was on track for full points and then it went all pear-shaped right at the end.
You’re still leading though…
17/20 for me this week
Good work, tough one this week.
SCORE
15/20
Never in a million years did I ever think I would benefit from knowing the Edison Lighthouses Greatest Hits cover…my friends father had it. Some were very easy but some I just didn’t know.
Love goes where my rosemary grows is the only song I know by them. It’s kind of cool in its kitschy way.
I do like that song and also the cover by Freedy Johnston
Yeah, that Freedy cover is great. He does ‘I Will Dare’ as well.
Wow….I’ll have to check that out.
