Music Quiz: Musicians with a US President

Congratulations to EclecticMusicLover and Rich Kamerman who both scored 29/30 in last week’s Musicians with US Presidents II quiz.

This week we’re looking at the prequel:

I scored 22/30 – I struggled with recognising some of the country artists in particular.

How did you score?

  1. 27/30. The three I missed I would not recognize if I bumped into them on the street. Do politicians around the world spend as much time with musicians as our presidents do?

  2. 28/30. It wasn’t that hard, but I missed Olivia Rodrigo, never heard of her whoever she is, and George Strait, whose face I recognized but couldn’t think of his name.

    • Good score. Olivia Rodrigo released her first album this year – I like a lot of it, songs like ‘Good4U’ and ‘Driver’s License’ are very good.

  3. SCORE
28/30 I missed one I knew nothing about and the other I just couldn’t place the name but I knew the face.

  4. Only 18. I failed to guess one famous Long Islander I really should have known but he had aged. A couple of them I had genuinely never heard of, particularly the one who looked like tennis legend Rod Laver.

    • That was a pretty recent photo of Billy Joel. Apparently he liked to ride past Donald Trump while giving the finger.

  5. 29/30 and then the damn site malfunctioned and I never got to guess the one I missed because it started over and I wasn’t going through it again. I am not sure i would’ve guessed that one as it was hard.
