Congratulations to jprobichaud who scored the fastest recorded time in last week’s nonsense quiz, while Geoff and Max also scored 100%.
This week we’re looking at missing members of sets. It was more reliant on culinary knowledge than I expected, with several food-related answers.
I scored 13/14 with 2:24 to spare. Can you beat me and attain the perfect score?

It took me about 55 seconds longer to match your score. So close yet again. Looks like the modern orchestra is where I stumbled, but I won’t harp on it.
I’m not barking mad but I couldn’t recognise the member of a duo.
9 out of 14 = 64% (one was a blank of 4 colors — elton john’s goodbye yellow brick road) which I knew so I got 10 out of 14 right.
Good effort! Sometimes if I go back and forward or just wait the image eventually loads.
I didn’t realize you could go back on it. I”ll try that on the next one.
Doesn’t work in every quiz, but it’s often a good strategy.
SCORE
12/14 two well placed guesses got me this….
Good work! Haven’t seen a perfect score yet.
That animation one…I was lost. I guessed wrong.
12 of 14. Not bad.
Not bad at all!
13 – I appreciated the three tenors clue, leaving Luciano as the missing other guy, not sure I would have been able to identify it otherwise!
Definitely the most distinctive tenor. I felt that thyme wasn’t the most distinctive herb though.
14/14 w/ 3:33 left – Easy quiz this time around.
You were the first to make 100%, and currently the fastest. I didn’t know what CeeLo Green looked like.
14/14 with 2:40 on the clock, enjoyed this one
I thought it was very creative.
Started off smoking and then missed the last two. Guess I got to cocky with my guesses. 12/14.
You did brilliantly the previous week.
13 with 2:13 remaining. Couple of lucky 21st C guesses!
Great work! I’m pretty sure that pot of thyme was from the 21st century.
It did look very fresh, Graham.
50% correct. Not sure, for example, what the missing herb looked like in S&G or who was in Destinys Child.
I’m lucky we have a herb garden, although I have trouble telling the difference with oregano and thyme.
