16 of 20 for me – respectable score for me at least. Should have gotten the Crash into Me one, but other misses would have gotten
Good effort! I’m not a big fan of the Crash Into Me guys.
18/20 for me this week. Pretty funny twitter meme going around about Tom Morello this week.
The one about “did you think he was talking about his washing machine?”
That’s the one. Hilarious.
Rage Against the Automatic Teller Machine.
18/20….somewhat of a bounce back. I missed the same one you did and the…Patti Boyd was one.
That was a very subtle reference to the one you missed – I had to go through all the answers to figure it out. I think this week is a little more classic rock-oriented than last week.
I didn’t want to give it away that easy for other people.
Yes it did have some more. When I read what you missed…I was thinking of Sly.
I would have got Sly.
19/20 – don’t know the artist that did ‘The Devil Went Down to Georgia’.
Rage Against the Machine – pretty funny to see them on this quiz after the Twitter meme. (Has to be satire, right?)
Pretty much every Rage song spells out their political viewpoint, right?
It would be funny if Rage decided to record a song without politics, like Chumbawamba did Tubthumping.
Not a good week. Only 16 out of 20.
I think we swapped scores from last week – I got 16 and you got 19 last week.
I think you are right. You can have it back if you want.
Oh so close to a perfect score, but a certain female British singer stumped me. If only it had been the band whose song she covered (Keane) I would have gotten my first 20/20 in many weeks. However, I’m pleased with 19/20.
I’m assuming the one that’s not Kate Bush? I don’t think anyone got a 20 this week, although people have been getting different ones wrong so it must be possible.
19/20 this week. Couldn’t remember the name of the group that we’re going loco, down in Acapulco… I swore when the answer was revealed
I have never heard that song before, but know their 1960s stuff.
