Congratulations to the contestants who scored 100% in last week’s Connect the Dots quiz, with Tony recording the fastest score.
This week’s challenge requires you to name musicians with food in their name. You can find it here.

I scored 17/26, which was well above the average, but still eminently beatable. Can you beat my score?

Pretty dismal. 12/26. After I gave up, I said “Oh, yeah” on a couple. I might have gotten one more but that’s about it. Fun, though.
I liked it. I think 12 is still well above the median.
It was berry challenging. Frankly, it drove me bananas.
This was a tasty quiz. Nice choice. I scored a respectable 22/26 this week and probably should have gotten 1 or 2 others now that I see how obvious they were.
Think you’re first equal so far and you have a hot new profile picture.
I’m surprised there aren’t any perfect scores yet. Thanks for the comment on my “hot” new photo. Haha. Still haven’t figured out how to change it on my blog. I thought that happened automatically when you update Gravatar.
I can see it on the top left of your home page – maybe it just cached for a while?
I always suck with these types of quizzes, so most of the times don’t even want to try!?
Thanks for reading anyway!
Tough quiz. 10/26 for me.
I think that’s still above the site average though, I’m amazed anyone got above 20 as my knowledge runs out there.
18/26 – that’s a lot of cherries. Took a wild “think of a band with food in its name” and it turned out they were behind The Distance. Great quiz
I knew that one as my high school friend was obsessed with it, perhaps because he enjoyed the metaphor. Plenty of cherries and berries.
SCORE
20/26
Not great but fun.
You finished comfortably ahead of me!
I can’t believe I actually remembered the Spice Girls song.
It was hard to avoid. I like a lot of mainstream pop, but never really warmed to the Spice Girls.
I got 22/26. There was a lot of fruit, one in particular.
I noticed a lot of various types of berries – looks like you’re first equal, if my maths is correct.
only 14 for me and a couple I knew and was singing in my head, but the name escaped. That was fun.
Maybe they need an honesty button where if you claim you can sing it in your head, you can claim the points….
Sailed to 19 in the first few minutes – and then came to a screeching halt!
Good score though!
11. That was fun! Got about 8 right off the bat and then nothing. Was banging my head trying to remember the artist for the song going in my head. Then I resorted to trying to think of all different types of food to see if anything hit. Yes kind of pathetic but what can I say. 🙂
Good effort. I was impressed they thought of Spice Girls.
Not that I’m really a spice girls fan, just that spice is kind of tangential.
Agree! My favorites were Chuck BERRY and Pearl JAM!
By the way thanks for featuring Shut Out The Light a few weeks back. Been crazy busy the last few months – haven’t been able to put as much time (or any time honestly) to blogging world (beside your music quizzes which I really enjoy) but hope that will change soon
It’s always a bit time-consuming to do a good job – like anything I guess.
