Well, I officially got 20. There was one where I kept saying isn’t that so-and-so and kept putting his name in. And then it turned out it was his band! Duh! Then on another one, I kinda got it but misspelled it. I thought it was a boy band but then I realized it was one guy. Otherwise, it wasn’t too hard. They didn’t really disguise the faces at all.
It’s pretty weird – I can’t imagine actually owning one.
22 – but also questionable legitimacy as I initially guessed wrong on a couple, before guessing correctly on a second attempt.
I credit my students for keeping me semi-current with some of those newer ones!
That’s legitimate. I might have struggled to get Aguilera if you hadn’t featured her recently.

Hooray for me getting 22/22 with 4:39 remaining on the clock…and I would have been faster if I knew how to spell the last guy’s name. Not sure how/why I knew several of these artists. I guess I’ve kept up with pop culture, whether or not I’ve wanted to.
I feel like that too- I know Rihanna and Bieber more as celebrities than as musicians.

22/22 with 05:28 left on the clock, I’m not sure I should be proud of myself on this one…
Then again, Tony, it’s nothing to be ashamed of. It falls into that gray area, meaningful to us music junkie bloggers, leaving the rest of the world dazed and confused by us.
True. Though I live in hope that my general / music knowledge will one day be of more value than one round of a pub quiz. That being said it did win me 250 itunes downloads via a radio quiz but that ain’t gonna let me quit the day job 😀
